Second Chances

Mulan, our 11 year old rescue Miniature Schnauzer mix, inspired myself and my twin sister Liza to write a book called Shatter in her honour. Currently the book is available on Amazon, our dream is to have the book stocked in bookshops so that more people can read the story inspired by Mulan.

The story revolves around Shatter, a Miniature Schnauzer whose birth transforms her adopter, Anuska's life in mysterious ways. It's a tale of second chances, highlighting how giving a puppy a second chance can positively impact lives.

Mulan was abandoned and living on the streets, and we rescued her at five months old.

The initial few months were challenging due to her health and behavioural issues, but she brought love and comfort into our lives during a difficult time after our senior dogs passed away.

Mulan has changed our lives for the better, enabling us to view life with positivity and hope.
